Think you don’t have time to take care of your teeth? Good dental hygiene only takes 5 minutes every morning and evening (and after lunch, if possible). It’s as simple as 1-2-3!
- 2 minutes: The time you need to brush your teeth. Given that children have not developed their internal stopwatch, buy them a brush holder with a fun integrated hourglass. It can motivate them to brush longer!
- 2 minutes:The time to floss. If your gums bleed, don’t worry, it is normal. They will adapt. Make sure you mention any bleeding gums during your next visit to the dentist.
- 1 minute:The time to rinse with mouthwash to kill bacteria. Pick an antiseptic and alcohol-free mouthwash, such as Listerine or Crest Pro-Health. Rinse for 30 seconds. Then, rinse with water. That’s it!
