You don’t have to be a dentist to know that sports are good for your teeth. Everything that makes our heart and muscles work contributes to our overall health as well as our psychological and social well-being. Did you know that when you exert yourself while playing sports, you often have to hold your breath and clench your teeth? Having healthy teeth and a well-aligned jaw have an impact on performance. Enjoy this season’s (hopefully!) awesome weather to play sports or simply take walks.
