How do you know if you have good dental hygiene? It’s as easy as 1-2-3!<\/p>\n

3 steps for dental hygiene <\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Your teeth are clean and free of plaque.<\/li>\n
  2. Your gums are pink and don’t bleed when you brush or floss.<\/li>\n
  3. Yin general, you do not have bad breath.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good oral hygiene involves brushing after every meal, regular dental cleanings and healthy eating habits (yes, eating well helps our teeth!). When brushing, many people forget to floss and therefore miss more than a third of the surface of their teeth. That\u2019s how important flossing is!<\/p>\n

    Tip:<\/strong> If you rinse after each brushing, you should stop. By not rinsing, a layer of the fluoride in the toothpaste remains on your teeth, which will act as a shield until the next time you brush. All you have to do is spit the foam out.<\/p>\n
