our reputation for professionalism and thoroughness, the entire clinic has made it a priority to mobilize itself around meticulous safety protocols since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures comply with government guidelines and the Ordre des dentistes du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p><p>Before your next visit, we would like to inform you of a few changes we have made to our procedures to protect your health and safety. After each appointment, we clean, disinfect and sterilize the treatment rooms, instruments and all surfaces. We care about your health!<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5062 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prismadentistes.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/icn-rv.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"204\"><\/p><p>The day before your appointment, a member of the team will contact you to carry out a \u201cpre-screening\u201d process to determine if you have any potential COVID-19 symptoms.&nbsp;<strong>It is very important to answer the questions honestly, for everyone\u2019s safety, including your own.<\/strong><\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5058 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prismadentistes.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/icn-sanitizer.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"204\"><\/p><p>At the entrance you will find a \u201cpatient protection station\u201d that includes sanitizer and a mask dispenser. Here, you can disinfect your hands and put on a mask. Our on-site staff and your dentist also wear personal protective equipment that respects the highest standards in order to ensure an aseptic work environment and mitigate the spread of infection.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5061 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prismadentistes.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/icn-recept.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"204\"><\/p><p>Upon your arrival, we ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside the office. You will receive a text message or a phone call as soon as the team is ready for your appointment. People accompanying patients must remain outside the clinic, except for those visiting our clinic with a child, an elderly person or a person with physical limitations\u2014<em>under certain conditions<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Important:&nbsp;<\/strong>When you book an appointment, please let us know if someone will be accompanying you or if you will be accompanying someone in order to get further instructions.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5060 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prismadentistes.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/icn-distance.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"204\"><\/p><p>Our waiting room capacity is now limited, with a minimum number of chairs kept at a distance of 2 meters (6 feet) apart. Note that Plexiglas barriers and \u201cStand Here\u201d floor stickers have been placed around the reception area to encourage physical distancing.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5059 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prismadentistes.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/icn-check.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"204\"><\/p><p>Rest assured that any member of our team experiencing flu-like symptoms, whatever&nbsp; they may be, will automatically be placed in mandatory quarantine.
