October has always been a time when farmers’ markets are overflowing with vegetables and fruit—and eating better is more appetizing than ever. It is time to fill up on calcium and other minerals that are so beneficial to dental health, all while fully enjoying what’s on your plate. Remember to also include food, such as cheese, milk, yogurt and nuts, that help reduce acidity in the mouth and are considered protective food for your teeth.
