This year, August promises to be a transition between summer and a back to school period that will be somewhat different this year. We hope that going back to school will be as normal (and successful!) as possible! When you think about it, changing habits is the perfect opportunity to rethink your lifestyle, work, diet, sleep, overall health, exercise routine, etc. Keeping your energy high, staying positive, and remaining productive when faced with challenges are the most important things you can do.
